Side Special
owerful Spin: Starfy will turn around, fand grab Moe by the back and spin around (when off the ledge, he will be unable to jump for recovery due to dizziness) anyone who makes contact will get be flying.
Note: you can move left & right & by holding B, He will fly in the air, similar to Tornado Kirby. (but he will get dizzy and if off the stage, he’ll not recover unless you maneuver your way outta there)
Up Special: Balloon: By Repeatedly Pressing B, he will go higher until he touches the platform/stage but when he makes contact with someone (punch/projectile/etc.) he will lose the balloon, however he can still use his double jump and other moves.Down Special:
A nurse Jelleto Sister will come out and heal Starfy (temporarily) You are still able to attack and everything while this happens.
Final Smash: Moon Blast: when near an opponent, Starfy will star spin that opponent and stun them while Starfy Spin Jumps in the air and pushes the moon down to the Fighter/Opponent blasting them off the screen (this does not require you to press any button rapidly
and that sounds kida OP imo) Stage: Pufftop Palace: Thunderstorms will come at some point while the sky turns dark. Be careful when Ogura strikes.

Do you think there would be the same voices from;
The legendary starfy (most of the voices are just starfy saying fii in many different ways)
Then there are the commercials, most or probably all of the commercials for the series are voiced, moe and most other characters not voiced in legendary starfy are now voiced. Legendary Starfy Commercials Count too.
